Quick seared succulent salmon bites in a delicious marinade!
The first time I had salmon bites was a Cajun Salmon Bites recipe—the caramelization on the outside of the salmon with the moist salmon inside. So good!
I immediately knew I wanted to make them again with an Asian twist.
This delicious recipe can be made quickly. Marinate the salmon, start the rice, and steam or roast some broccoli (recipe below). Cooking the salmon only takes ten minutes. The quick sear brings out the flavor!
Salmon and all that healthy omega-3 goodness!
Also, as a holistic nutritionist, I must mention that salmon is so darn healthy! All that omega-3 fat in salmon helps reduce inflammation! Eating healthy fats and limiting processed food is essential if you have an autoimmune disease. The types of fats you eat regularly can dramatically impact inflammation. Adding healthy fats like salmon, chia, walnuts, and flax can help tilt your inflammation levels positively, along with eating an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Like I said in an earlier post, my husband never, as in never, ate salmon. Finally, after 20 years with me, he caved and LOVES this recipe! His comment was, “This is really good! It doesn’t taste like salmon.” Salmon is profoundly healthful, and I am happy we found a recipe he enjoys. Even if you are a non-salmon lover, give this a try! Onwards to the recipe.
